Dewhurst Airfield Services Ltd – a leading UK airfield lighting installer, and S4GA – an EU manufacturer of the World’s Safest Runway Lighting – Both Dewhurst ASL & S4GA have jointly organized a workshop on solar airfield lighting. We invite airports, airport authorities, civil aviation authorities, and aviation professionals to join our workshop on 21st of March in Birmingham or on 23rd of March in Glasgow.

S4GA and Dewhurst Projects in the UKS4GA together with Dewhurst Airfield Services has successfully completed a few projects in the UK including upgrading the runway with a permanent solar-powered airfield lighting system at Campbeltown Airport in Scotland in 2021.
The companies also provide a free trial of solar airfield lighting for airports in the UK. So far, S4GA solar system has been tested by airports in England (Londo Area), Scotland, and Wales. Test results outperform expectations so we anticipate a few more AFL projects coming up in the UK in the next few years.
